Depend on Me This Tax Season
I've been providing clients with personalized tax preparation and accounting services throughout the Hudson Valley since 2000. With years of accredited training and expertise in a wide range of fields, no financial issue is too complex for me to tackle.
Give your finances the personalized attention they deserve, with a Certified Public Accountant to guide you every step of the way. You'll have my direct number — not a ticket system.
New clients are welcome year-round. Tax-season appointments in Montgomery and Peekskill book up fast — the earlier you call, the more choices of time you'll have.
Reach me at 845-778-8580 or use the contact form below. Tell me briefly what you need — a personal return, new bookkeeping, a notice from the IRS.
Appointments are held at the Montgomery, NY or Peekskill, NY office. Phone and video appointments are available for returning clients.
Use the secure upload (see the panel on the right) rather than email. I'll confirm receipt the same day.
We'll sit down (in person or over the phone) to review the return, answer questions, and e-file once you're comfortable.
For your convenience, I keep two locations — one up in Orange County, one down along the Hudson in Westchester.
Serving Montgomery, Walden, Pine Bush, Newburgh, Maybrook, and the surrounding Valley towns.
Serving Peekskill, Cortlandt, Yorktown, Croton, and the Lower Hudson Valley.
Street addresses confirmed at booking. Please call before stopping in — I'm often with another client.
If yours isn't here, call 845-778-8580 or drop a note in the contact form.
Earlier is always better. Most returning clients book between mid-January and early February. If you're a new client, aim for late January so we have time to gather prior-year returns and set up a secure upload for your documents.
Last year's federal and state returns, all W-2s and 1099s, any K-1s, 1098 mortgage interest, brokerage statements, receipts for deductible expenses, and a voided check if you'd like a direct-deposit refund. If you're a business, bring your P&L, balance sheet, and bank statements for the year.
Yes — please use the secure upload link rather than regular email. Standard email isn't encrypted, and your W-2s, SSN, and bank info deserve better than that. Call or message to get a link sent to you.
Absolutely. In fact, mid-year is often the easiest time to switch — we can clean up books from January forward and have you on a clean monthly schedule well before tax season. Call to discuss scope.
Don't panic, and don't ignore it. Most notices are routine and can be resolved with a single well-written response. Call the office, bring the letter in, and we'll handle the reply together.
Whichever is closer. Both offices offer the same services and work from the same files. Returning clients can also do phone or video appointments if driving in isn't practical.
Fees are quoted up front based on the complexity of your return or the scope of the bookkeeping/payroll work. No surprise line items, no per-minute billing during your appointment.
